The Putki Partner Program is designed to build a trusted ecosystem of experts who share our commitment to data excellence and open-source innovation. Putki—powered by Apache Hop—extends the capabilities of modern data integration and transformation, and our partnerships enable organizations worldwide to deliver powerful, scalable, and efficient data solutions.
Partner Types
Value Added Resellers (VARs) and System Integrators (SIs) are the core of the Putki partner network. Both receive frequent technical updates, prioritized community support, and early access to technology previews through the Putki/Hop maturity matrix.
Value Added Resellers (VARs): VARs act as local Putki representatives, reselling Putki formulas and providing first- and second-line support to their customers. VARs benefit from revenue-sharing options based on their engagement level:
- Support Model: Greater revenue share for partners providing ongoing technical support.
- Software Model: Smaller revenue share for license-only reselling, with no post-sales obligations.
System Integrators (SIs): SIs are consulting partners who design, build, and manage Apache Hop and Putki implementations. As trusted experts, they uphold the Putki quality label, ensuring every project meets the highest technical and operational standards.
Collaboration & Revenue Sharing
The Putki Partner Program is built on a bi-directional collaboration model that promotes transparency, flexibility, and shared success:
- Putki/know.bi → Partner: Partners may act as subcontractors, with know.bi providing backoffice support. In this model, know.bi retains an uplift on top of the partner’s rate.
- Partner → Putki/know.bi: Partners can engage Putki or know.bi for professional services such as custom development or architectural design, earning a margin on the PS rate.
Partners also gain access to a rich set of resources—including repositories, a knowledge base, and technical documentation—to support project delivery and innovation.
